I am heartened to read your positive outlook. However, it is in sharp contrast to what I have been reading about the NPAs of scheduled banks in particular where willful defaulters have reneged on many thousand crores because of political protection.

I wish all banks and NBFCs had employees like RangDe has who are exemplary in their commitment to the customers and the institution they serve.
