First, what are the "traditional supply-focused methods" and how do they differ from the "market based methods"?

Two, why are the FPOs selling only to the rural market and not the urban market?

In these models, businesses prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of their markets. This approach leads to more efficient, responsive, and profitable practices. For instance, in the context of agriculture, this could mean adapting crop production based on consumer demand and market trends rather than just growing traditional crops. FPOs do sell to urban markets but have kept the context pertaining to rural market and communities. Although challenges related to working capital, liquidity, and market linkages can influence their ability to consistently and effectively serve these markets
