Mr Sleemon, your post shows us that BIMARU states can improve if the people are given an opportunity.

I know that RangDe focuses on financial empowerment.

Is there a way that it could also enable positive social attitudes?

The BIMARU states also have very backward social attitudes where there is misogyny, skewed male/female ratio at birth due to selective abortions and the latest social ill, extreme hatred towards non-Hindus, Muslims and Christians.

RangDe has enabled change in social attitudes that have improved the financial independence of women.

Perhaps the wizards at RangDe could also achieve this miracle if they put their minds to it.
